Assalomu aleykum, здравствуйте, Hallo, Hello-
Welcome - Xush Kelibsiz - Добро пожаловать - Willkommen!
Hello, my name is Dilnoza. Dilnoza, in Persian, means gentle soul. I was born in Ivanovo (bride's city), Russia, and raised in Tashkent and Fergana, Uzbekistan, Central Asia. It is a very beautiful and legendary country that is located in Central Asia. I was born to an Uzbek/Uygur father and an Uzbek/Tajik mother. Currently, I reside in Laramie, Wyoming. I am an alumna of the University of Wyoming (UW). I hold my doctorate in Literacy Studies with minors in Qualitative and Quantitative Research Studies in the spring of 2020 and I hold my master's degree in Curriculum & Instruction with a focus on English as a Second Language from the College of Education of UW in fall 2014. I completed my bachelor’s degree in Linguistics and Foreign Languages from the Smolensk University for Humanities in 2009. I specialize in bilingual education and second and foreign language acquisition. I have taught ESL and EFL for 15 years in the U.S. and abroad. I am passionate about studying and teaching world languages and cultures. As a former exchange student, I used to travel abroad thus I believe that cultures and languages shape our minds. I find every language and culture beautiful and mesmerizing because they connect and unify so many people together at once.
